Benefit Concert for victims of the Philippines Typhoon.
 
The Cathedral of Christ the Light in Oakland and the San Francisco Boys Chorus (SFBC) held an emergency benefit concert on November 24th for the victims of the typhoon in the Philippines. The concert featured the San Francisco Boys Chorus (Chorus-in-Residence of the Cathedral of Christ the Light), and members of the San Francisco Opera Chorus and the San Francisco Symphony Chorus.  The performance was conducted by Maestro Ian Robertson, Artistic Director of the San Francisco Boys Chorus, with Jerome Lenk, organ and featured SFBC repertoire as well as excerpts from Giuseppe Verdi's monumental Requiem.
